Professionally, I'm a operational and organizational improvement consultant who designs business processes and operating models. As such, I have a keen interest in Lean and business design.
Personally, I'm defined by my passion for football. Indeed, my fantastical alter-ego is being an ace striker flambouyantly emulating my footballing idols. These passions inform my publications.
The Lean Review focusses on furthering the understanding of Lean concepts. The Business Design Rover looks at real-life topics in the context of relevant theory, and with a philosophical undertone. Total Football provides original analysis on football related topics, with a special interest in featuring the superlative. I write medium-length posts of around 7-9 minutes reading time, and publish twice a month.
The links to the publications are below. I've also included an Archives tab which allows readers to explore previously published articles.
